I've placed an order! When will you send my items and how long will it take?
Please allow 2-4 business days to process your order.
How will I know if you've received my order?
We will send you an order confirmation email once we have received your payment. This email contains details of the products you have ordered, the total cost of the order including delivery and your order number.
Can I track my order?
If you choose local post, tracking will NOT be provided. However, if you choose to upgrade it to SF EXPRESS, we will always provide tracking numbers once we've fulfilled your order.
