I've placed an order! When will you send my items and how long will it take?
First of all, Thank you for your support. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your order.
How will I know if you've received my order?
We will send you an order confirmation email once we have received your payment. This email contains details of the products you have ordered, the total cost of the order including delivery and your order number.
Can I track my order?
If you choose local post, tracking will NOT be provided. However, if you choose to upgrade it to SF EXPRESS, we will always provide tracking numbers once we've fulfilled your order.
Exchange / Refund
If you have received a faulty / damaged products, please send us an email as soon as possible.

Stickers
How can I care for my stickers?
All stickers are 100% water and weather proof.
For the Matte Coated, they are more durable as they are made with premium vinyl and are resistant to fading and scratching. *Please don't scrub the sticker if you choose to stick it on your water bottle!

Do you make the items by yourself?
Yes, I design all of them (and make some of them) but most of the time I always try to find the most amazing people to work with, in order to turn my ideas into a reality. I also try to be very involved with all aspects of the manufacturing process to ensure all my products are high quality.
